It Never Gets Old: The Luke and Nathan Story

Hello Friends & Family. Many of you know this story, but let's review. At the end of our freshman year of college at (Southwest) Missouri State University, we met and took turns being obsessed with one another. We were cast in Tent Theatre for the summer, with the same exact 12-hour-every-day  schedule, so what a relief when we quickly realized we were more than happy to be inseparable. 

Before we knew it, 14 years would go by, day by day, side by side. Along the way, we did a few things together. Little things like, oh: graduate from college, move to New York, and grow up. If you can do all that with the love of your life by your side, we highly recommend it. It makes for a better ride. 

On Nathan's 30th birthday, he decided to give himself the only present he ever really wanted - he asked Luke to marry him. Luke said yes. It wasn't a surprise - they'd been saying yes to each other every day for years - but that didn't make the answer any less heart-filling.

We've built a weird, wonderful life together. And if you're reading this, you've been a part of it. So let's celebrate it - past, present, and wedded future.
